Sad week for the voices

After Madam Matagne, one of the greates belgian radio voice, another one just passed away. Madam Etta James is gone, and it makes me feel sad.
May they stay alive with all our materials, vinyles, cd's, recordings... and cover songs like these :

Une voix parmi tant d'autres. Mais quelle voix. Un chaloupé rocailleux, doux et enveloppant. "From me to you", je l'entends me le dire et je l'entendrai le dire jusqu'à la fin. Il y a de ces voix qui vous marquent. Des voix qui vous entrainent vers d'autres horizons. J'ai rêvé en écoutant Martine Matagne. Et elle est partie dans un autre monde. Tristesse.
